Claude Silver is on a Mission to Revolutionize Workplace Culture, Leadership, and Talent.

 

She is the world’s first Chief Heart Officer and more than a decade-long veteran of VaynerX, where she partners with Chairman and CEO Gary Vaynerchuk to put people and culture at the center of the company’s success. Her approach is grounded in decades of experience building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and turning emotional intelligence into a force that drives connection, collaboration, and impact across entire organizations.
Claude began her grown-up life as a self-proclaimed “late bloomer,” first seeking a sense of purpose at the age of nineteen on a 93-day Outward Bound Wilderness Leadership Program. 

 

She founded (and later sold) an outdoor adventure and surfing school, spent years training in transpersonal psychology, positive psychology, and the study of Buddhist and other spiritual traditions. Later, she rose to prominence in corporate advertising as a creative brand strategist, including roles at JWT London, JWT San Francisco, Publicis London, and other agencies.

As Chief Heart Officer at VaynerX, Claude stepped into a role created by Gary Vaynerchuk to not only scale himself but scale his vision. In fact her only job description from him still continues to be “Touch every human and infuse the agencies with empathy.”

 

Day-to-day and across their offices around the globe, she ensures that VaynerX’s 2,500+ employees have a place where they can truly feel at home and have the tools to thrive, unlocking the power of a loyal, energized, and innovative workforce.
