I have been selling telecom and technology since 1983. The first thing I ever sold (ever) was “Car Phones” when NYNEX Mobile went live in the New York market. Back then, it cost $0.50 per minute to make a phone call, the phones were $3,000 and the service was terrible! I never stopped selling the products and services that enable “remote” work, and remote anything. Anyone remember pagers or “beepers?”  Don’t even get me started about selling fax machines!

Today, I run the Distance Learning Association. I took over running the “DLA” during the last recession, when (at the time) the non-profit was shutting down. NO ONE had any money. We took the Association from bankruptcy in 2010, to 5.8M+ members. And now, we are GLOBAL – we are active in every part of the world (less Antarctica).

Distance Learning has become DIGITAL Learning and now, it is all just DIGITAL LIVING. We grew from servicing the 5 boroughs of New York City to now – servicing the world.

There are 579M+ people living in North America, 1.8B+ in Africa, and 4.5B+ living in Asia. We all live in one world – fully connected.
