Dorrian Porter – Author, Founder and CEO of Vestaboard Inc. Canadian, father of three, Beatles lover.

Prior to Vestaboard, Dorrian was an entrepreneur who founded two software based companies. He co-founded HigherMarkets, an on-demand e-commerce software company in March 2000, and later became CEO leading it to its acquisition by a Nasdaq listed company. He then founded Mozes, an interactive mobile marketing platform, that was acquired by a company that became a part of the marketing giant Merkle.

Previously, Dorrian practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California where he represented a wide range of tech companies. Prior to joining WSGR, he worked in Canada as an associate at McCarthy Tetrault, an analyst at Harrowston, Inc. (now TD Capital) and at the Canadian Parliament, including the Prime Minister’s Office. He received his law degree and MBA from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
