Mitch built his reputation in the courtroom—70+ jury trials and multi-million-dollar verdicts—earning honors like California Litigation Lawyer of the Year and Orange County Trial Lawyer of the Year. But he wasn’t just focused on winning cases—he wanted to innovate how we practice law and share knowledge.

He regularly share insights via articles, podcasts, and LinkedIn, making complex topics accessible and actionable. Mitch have authored ten books on law, business, negotiation and technology.

Consultant & Coach: Through Jackson & Wilson and Maneuver Mediation, he advise companies on legal strategy in the digital age, helping resolve disputes via Zoom and VR mediation.

Mitch became a lawyer to help people—and that purpose still drives him today. He believes in empathy, innovation, and integrity in everything he do. (Fun fact: He is a fourth-generation Rotarian and an avid runner and paddle boarder—great for staying balanced!)
