Philadelphia Demo Day & Meet and Greet
Come and meet a new group of talented adult developers, most of whom have transitioned from diverse career backgrounds. They have trained hard in the past twelve weeks in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ruby, Sinatra, and Rails, and will be showcasing their portfolios of web applications.
Agenda:
6:00pm – 6:15pm: Networking and snacks
6:15pm – 7:00pm: Demos of projects by each graduate
7:00 – 8:00pm: expo-style – walk around and meet with the graduates individually!
Throughout our 12 week program, we train beginners into experienced developers. The project-based and hands-on material immerse our students in many different areas:
Web Development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ruby, Rails, Git, Database Theory, Command Line, Active Record, Collaborative Development
Join us at our academy to meet the graduates and speak with them about their work. They’ll have projects setup for demonstration, along with resumes to take with you.
